Ingredients:
*Any fruit in season and crushed nuts can be used for the kebabs
2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
250 g punnet strawberries, hulled
1 red apple, cut into chunks
1⁄2 cup Sanitarium Crushed Peanuts
200 g tub fruit yoghurt
Instructions:
1. Thread pieces of fruit alternatively onto small skewers. Trim the sharp ends of the sticks with scissors.
2. Place the crushed peanuts onto plate; roll the fruit kebabs in peanuts.
3. Serve with bowl of fruit yoghurt for dipping.
Strawberry Pops

Ingredients:
2 x 200 g tubs strawberry yoghurt
1 cup Sanitarium So Good Strawberry soy drink
250 g punnet strawberries, hulled
2 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions:
1. Place fruit ingredients in a blender; blend.
2. Add yoghurt, So Good and bananas, blending until smooth.
3. Pour into plastic iceblock moulds and freeze.
